You can upgrade your hosting plan at any time from the SRV-CORE client area. Your website, email, and files stay on the same domain — we apply the new plan limits automatically after payment.
How to upgrade
- Sign in at accounts.srv-core.com
- Open Services → select your hosting service
- Click the green Upgrade button
- Choose your new plan (Premium, Business, or Business Concierge)
- Complete checkout — Stripe shows the prorated amount for the rest of your billing period

- Starter → Premium, Business, or Business Concierge
- Premium → Business or Business Concierge
- Business → Business Concierge
What changes after upgrade
- Higher storage, traffic, mailboxes, and CPU/RAM limits on Plesk
- Business / Concierge: onboarding and SLA per your plan — see welcome email
- Billing cycle continues; next renewal uses the new plan price

To move to a lower plan, open a ticket under Billing & Accounts. We review usage and migration steps with you.
